Discover this exhilarating combination: MarlinSpike with the vanilla-nut-caramel flavour of cognac, the bitterness of the chocolate sauce, the sweetness of the apple juice and freshness of the conference pear. Spice it up with a few peppercorns as garnish.
- 50ml MarlinSpike
- 20ml Cognac
- 30ml Cloudy Apple Juice
- 30ml Dark Chocolate Sauce (unsweetened)
- 25ml Sugar Syrup
- 4 Rosé Peppercorns
- Pinch of salt
- ½ Conference Pear
- Ice Cubes
Add 4 or 5 large ice cubes to your glass and give it some time to chill.
Carefully muddle the conference pear in your shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and ice and shake well.
Fill your Coupe
Remove the ice from your coupe and fine strain into your chilled coupe.
