The best way to describe this cocktail is 'Sensuous'. The combination of strawberry, MarlinSpike and Cava will lift you off your feet.
Add 4 or 5 large ice cubes to your glass and give it some time to chill.
Muddle the strawberries in your shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients, apart from the cava, and shake with ice.
Remove the ice from your coupe and fine strain into your chilled coupe.
Top off with the cava.
