There are many variations of the classic cocktail from 1880, the Old Fashioned. For the New Fashioned we use our MarlinSpike rum instead of whiskey.
Add 4 or 5 large ice cubes to your glass and give it some time to chill.
Stir MarlinSpike with the sugar syrup, the cloves and the orange bitters in a stir glass.
Pour your drink over ice in your glass.
Finish with the zest of an orange.
