Add 4 or 5 large ice cubes to your glass and give it some time to chill.
Pour the tonic water over the ice cubes.
Mix the chilled coffee carefully with the MarlinSpike. Gently pour it over your tonic and ice to create a layered effect.
Finish with the zest of an orange.
