Getting Here - how to find us

The Airport to Hout Bay.

When you leave the Airport, take the N2 to Cape Town. As you approach Cape Town take (about 10 minutes from the airport), take the M3 (Muizenberg) off ramp. This will take you past the University of Cape Town. Turn right at the first traffic lights into Rhodes Drive.

Pass Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens on your right, and at the T junction, where you have the right of way, turn right. Stay on this road until you get to the circle on the top of Constantia Neck. Take the second left off the circle and this will take you into Hout Bay.

Hout Bay to Marlinspike

At the first traffic Circle in Hout Bay, turn right into Victoria Road, and proceed over the bridge to the only traffic lights in Hout Bay where you should turn left down Victoria Avenue.

Follow Victoria Avenue  through the village down to the harbour. Pass Mariner's Wharf on your left.  400m further you will pass Dirty Dick's Tavern on your right. 200m further, on your right, you will see the first of 5 Marlinspike Lodge direction signs.

At the first T junction, turn right into Karbonkel Road. Take the second right into Bay View Road, and then the first right, into Marlin Crescent. Proceed about 200m and you will find Marlinspike Lodge, a yellow double storey, terra cotta coulored  building on the bend, on the left, opposite a large church.
